It is a hardcore sales role. The candidate will be reqd to develop and manage team of sales advisors, to sell maxlife insurance packages to customers in assigned territory. You will have team targets as well as individual targets. Handsome incentives on achievement of sales targets.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate/MBA with 4+ years experience in BFSI sales. The candidate should be living in the applied city location for min 2-5 years, and should have a very strong client network in the city. Stable: Should have been working in the current company for at least 1 year. Age 26-40 years. Should have own vehicle and driving license. Open to extensive travel n cold call visits. Should have the ability to develop, train, manage and lead the team towards achievement of sales targets.
